Spring is on it's way and it's wearing pink

Some of the biggest designer houses are exploring the colour pink in many different shades for the upcoming spring months, but who is doing it best? Is it Alexander McQueen's romantic Victorian ruffles in rose quartz, Louis Vuitton's edgy leather garments in a kitschy bubble-gum hue or Carolina Herrera's feminine girl next door look in blooming shades of carnation pink. Evening Roberto Cavalli is turning heads with their Barbie meets acid grunge exploration of the on trend colour but with competition like Diana von Furstenberg, whose channelling a bohemian 70's flower child narrative filled with fierce fuchsia's, its proving to be a tough one.

Whether these designers are all using the colour to communicate different stories and themes, they are definitely bringing out the best of pink. Take a look at some of the SS Ready to Wear 2016 designer collections that are wearing the passionate hue proudly this upcoming season.
